Coyote Karaoke ("we", "us") provides karaoke, live music, bingo and party entertainment around Great Yarmouth and Norwich. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Booking enquiries — your name, email, phone number, venue and event details.
• Singer accounts — email, password (stored securely, never visible to us), stage name, song requests and favourites.
• Newsletter — your email, optional first name, and a record of when you gave consent.
• Cookies — see our cookie policy.

Why we use it

• To reply to and manage your booking (contract / legitimate interests).
• To run the song request queue on the night (contract).
• To send newsletters and offers — only if you've opted in (consent).

Marketing consent

We only send marketing emails if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting us, and we'll remove you promptly.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It's stored with trusted hosting providers who process it on our behalf. Your stage name may be shown on screen at events and to other singers for duet invites.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Singer accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
